How do I apply?

Applications open at set times throughout the year. When our books are open, you can complete our online application form using the JOIN US button on this page. We welcome applications from across the UK. You must over 18 to apply.

What is the application process?

After you have completed your online application form, the Talent Team will review your application and get back to you within a week.

If you are selected the next step is to attend an interview session so we can get to know you and assess communication skills, energy and professionalism. This is a great opportunity to meet some of the team and learn more about HEL’s.

If I am successful what happens next?

Every new Angel completes right to work checks and our induction through the HEL’s Academy™, covering event awareness, H&S, brand representation and audience engagement. You can also access ongoing workshops in leadership, communication, resilience and more.
