Campaign Overview:

To mark the grand opening of chocolate pioneer Lindt’s flagship store in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, HEL’s supported in delivering 2 high-profile events, transforming the launch into a standout success.

The Brief: 

We were tasked with creating a premium, immersive atmosphere that brought Lindt’s luxurious brand world to life. To achieve this, we designed and executed bespoke set elements including a branded balloon arch and podium, crafted signature cocktails and canapés served by our exceptional Angels, and managed the entire production under the expert eye of our Event Manager. We also sourced a professional photographer and provided tailored printing services.

The Activation: 

The atmosphere at both events was meticulously curated: the first welcoming 60 guest influencers for an exclusive preview, and the second featuring Roger Federer, who officially opened the store, ribbon cutting and meeting fans upon our elegant podium. Both events were accompanied by our chocolate-inspired playlist. We’re incredibly proud of the immersive environment we created, where every detail was carefully considered to reflect the brand’s luxury and charm.
