MAD//Fest is one of the UK’s most dynamic festivals for marketing, advertising, media, and disruptive tech. It brings together global brands, agencies, startups, and industry leaders for three days of cutting-edge content, networking, and live activations. Last year, HEL’s was brought in to help deliver the energy on the ground, ensuring the festival experience was seamless from start to finish.
Following the successful partnership of 2024, HEL’s is proud to return as the official staffing partner for MAD//Fest 2025.
From Operation Managers to Brand Ambassadors, the HEL’s aim was to seamlessly integrate into every facet of the event, providing crucial support across registration, customer service, and experiential activations, to ensure the smooth running of the event.
Our Angels were consistently on hand for anything from way-finding and guest check-in to facilitating meet-n-greet and managing queues. The aim was to be concise and helpful whilst keeping the energy up throughout the day. Our expert Event Managers oversaw every aspect of the operation with precision.
Our flexibility and expertise enabled MAD//Fest to deliver a world-class experience for over 8,000 attendees while ensuring the exhibitors’ needs were met with precision and care.
