Feeling under pressure for something new to drink this weekend or do you just want some changes to your usual cocktail lineup? Fret not because even if you are absolute beginners or heroes of the bar, we’ve got some out-of-this-world inspiration courtesy of BKW by Brooklyn Winery. *

BKW bartenders Nicole Kanev and Wesley Straton have created seven Bowie-inspired cocktails in celebration of the Brooklyn Museum and their “David Bowie is” exhibition. Working to capture the icons’ creative incarnations in each individual drink we’re sure you’ll agree they deserve a magic dance. Here are our favourite two for Oh! you pretty things, so this weekend Lets dance and be rebel rebels:
Ziggy Stardust: Sparkling wine, gin, clarified lemon juice, thyme syrup & garnished with an orange jelly star ⭐
Major Tom: Citrus charcoal-infused mezcal, Pimms No 2, Drambuie, grapefruit & honey 🍯
