Our client, The Park, created an eye-catching, immersive roadshow experience for families, based on the hit Netflix show Gabby’s Dollhouse.
HEL’s was tasked with providing a strong team to run the activation, guiding children through the experience, managing queues, operating the guest list and creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement.
At each location, HEL’s had a team of 8 brand ambassadors who travelled the country with the experience and employed the use of locally sourced event staff. All of our event staff and brand ambassadors had experience working with children and full background checks.
The immersive experience visited 6 different cities nationwide and put smiles on over 15,000 children from Cardiff to Newcastle.
The activation gave kids a ’paws-port’ to adventure as they explored and played inside Gabby’s fantastical world filled with surprises and fun activities themed on the Netflix show.
The experience consisted of 7 points on the consumer journey.
