To mark Cadbury’s 200th Anniversary, HEL’s was appointed to support a celebratory nationwide tour across 8 of Cadbury’s office and factory locations. The goal was to bring the brand’s rich heritage to life while delivering a memorable and engaging experience for Cadbury staff.
Our brief was to provide a personable, knowledgeable team made up of 2 core Event Managers and local Brand Ambassadors at each location. The experience included a vintage-style chocolate shop, a modern sweet shop, interactive touch points, brand heritage exhibitions, and immersive VR and AR installations, all designed to celebrate the past, present, and future of Cadbury.
HEL’s managed all logistics for the core team, alongside sourcing and briefing local staff with care to ensure consistency and professionalism across all 8 locations. Our teams were fully trained on the tech installations and brand messaging to confidently guide 1,400 Cadbury staff through the experience, making every moment feel personal, polished, and on-brand.
